Martinsville, VA Disposal Facility

In 2005 when the City of Martinsville, Virginia elected to cease operating their solid waste landfill, which served all of Henry County as well as Martinsville, First Piedmont contracted with the City to build a solid waste transfer station to serve the community. The First Piedmont Martinsville transfer station is a 16,000 square foot facility. First Piedmont provided all necessary capital to build the facility and now operates the facility, providing for all transfer and disposal of waste.
